OPANA's 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on September 26, 2009 at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto Ontario.

What a great day!  The meeting was held first, with a full report to all OPANA members that were in attendance.  See attached Minutes 2009 AGM for more information.  

Changes were made to the Constitution and Bylaws, approved by OPANA members and Officers of the Corporation and the Board of Directors in attendance.  Please see Constitution and Bylaws to review the new version, approved on September 26.
